Daily Prayer

Everyday, no matter where

Start every day with a prayer

Each and every day, we need to start with a prayer

For we need God and God needs to know we are there

God looks on every morning at his children down below

Waiting to send his blessing, for our God loves us so

If you are not sure about the words that you should say

Look into the Bible for the words that you should pray

Turn the pages to Matthew, chapter six, verse nine

And you can learn the words to pray, one word at a time

Kneel upon your knees some place quite where you’re alone

For now you are ready, your at the Altar of Gods Throne

Asking for nothing, just pray the Lords prayer

And God will send his blessings, and you will know God is there
