God has promised

Oh the lion and the lamb they shall live in peace

Upon the grasses of Gods land, there they shall feast

The lamb shall not fear anything that they see

God has promised all of this to you and me

God has promised, God promised unto me

A life where I can live in peace and harmony

Where the lion and the lamb shall graze side by side

A life with no more storms, a life with no more tides

Yes Blessed is the Lord, who sacrificed his life

To fulfill Gods prophecy of a life with no more strife

A time when the Lord, will come again and judge Gods land

A time when all believers will walk hand in hand

Yes God has promised, God promised onto me

A life full of peace for eternity

When family and friends shall gather once again

And Worship Gods glory and the days will never end
